Beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment in a central, but quiet, location, and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. If the hills are too much, a good bus service is nearby. I live in the same building, so I’m available if you need help or advice.
PARKING: you MUST let me know if you are thinking of bringing a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won’t suit everyone.
The space
Wonderful Georgian apartment in Edinburgh’s New Town. The apartment is comfortable and really well-appointed – it’s a home-from-home.
We provide a welcome pack of food on your arrival so that you can have breakfast without having to go to the shops. Please note that we have a 3-night minimum in the quiet season and a 4-night minimum during busy times.
Guest access
Guests enter their apartment via a shared hall for the building. The apartment is on the Ground Floor, although there are about 6 steps to the front door.
Other things to note
Please note that I don’t accept hen or stag party groups.
No events, parties or loud music are allowed.
The third bed is a single pull-out bed. If you need the third bed, please let us know.
The accommodation cannot be used for people who are not guests (e.g. wedding party preparations).
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).
No pets are allowed.
Edinburgh City Council Licensing regulations require that all guest names are provided at the time of booking.
